On-Site Registration & Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 18th.
Event Start Time: The event will promptly begin at 6:00 PM on Thursday.
Event End Date: Concludes on Sunday, September 21st at 12:00 PM.

Accommodation: Lodging is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with shared cabins and communal facilities.
